How Credits Are Earned

Understand exactly what's required to earn CLAC credits for each course.

Credit Hour Calculation

Standard Formula:

1 CLAC Hour = 1 Hour of Learning

Includes lessons, quizzes, assignments, and videos

Standard Course (20 CLAC Hours)

  • 10 lessons (approx. 1.5 hours each = 15 hours)
  • 10 quizzes (approx. 15 minutes each = 2.5 hours)
  • Assignments (approx. 2.5 hours total)

Total: 20 CLAC Hours

Chaplaincy Program (65 CLAC Hours)

  • 30 lessons across 5 courses (45 hours)
  • 30 quizzes (7.5 hours)
  • Practical assignments (7.5 hours)
  • Capstone project (5 hours)
