Eligible for Refund

  • Individual courses within 7 days of purchase, if no more than 2 lessons completed
  • Monthly subscription cancelled within 48 hours of billing
  • Chaplaincy program within 14 days if orientation not yet started
  • Technical issues preventing access that we cannot resolve

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Courses where more than 2 lessons have been completed
  • Requests made after 7 days from purchase date
  • Subscription months already fully used
  • Certificates already issued and downloaded
  • Chaplaincy program after orientation session
