After years of prayerful preparation, countless hours of curriculum development, and a rigorous accreditation process, Cross Life School of Divinity has submitted an application for accreditation to the Council for Theological Accreditation and Review (CTAR), an independent private religious accrediting body. Accreditation is pending, however, it is now in the final stage of review and has not yet been granted. The Associate of Biblical Studies (A.B.S.), Bachelor of Christian Ministry (B.C.M.), and Master of Theological Studies (M.T.S.) tracks are designed to meet CTAR's published standards.

It is not recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (USDE) or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). It does not constitute state, regional, or national accreditation, and transferability of credits or degrees is not guaranteed.
Individual course completion carries CPD (Continuing Professional Development) accreditation. Institutional accreditation through CTAR, when granted, applies to the degree programs — not to individual CPD courses.
