While federal financial aid (FAFSA) is not available, CLSD offers comprehensive internal financial assistance through CLAC.

Partial tuition assistance for active ministry workers serving in churches or missions.

Financial assistance based on demonstrated financial need and circumstances.

Reduced rates for students sponsored by partner churches or ministries.

15% Discount

Aid can be combined! Eligible students may receive up to50% offtuition through multiple aid types.

Eligibility Requirements

Ministry Scholarships
  • Currently serving in active ministry (paid or volunteer)
  • Letter of recommendation from church leadership
  • Commitment to complete the program within 12 months
  • Full-time ministers: 20% scholarship
  • Part-time/bi-vocational ministers: 10% scholarship
Need-Based Aid
  • Demonstrated financial need through application
  • Written statement explaining financial circumstances
  • Household income verification may be requested
  • High need: Up to 25% assistance
  • Moderate need: Up to 15% assistance
Church Partnership Discounts
  • Church must be a registered CLSD partner
  • Written sponsorship letter from church leadership
  • Church may pay directly or reimburse student
  • 15% automatic discount for sponsored students
  • Churches: Become a partner

  • 6-month payment plan with 0% interest
  • No credit check required
  • Automatic monthly payments via credit/debit card
