HDR Church Campus Administration
Admin Login & Dashboard Navigation Chart
This chart walks you, Pastor Jacob, through every step of logging into your HDR Church campus administrator dashboard and using its tools. Follow the steps in order — each numbered node builds on the one before it.
Part A — How to Log In
Open the Cross Life website
Go to crosslifeschoolofdivinity.org on any browser (phone, tablet, or computer).
Click “Login” at the top of the page
The Login button sits in the top navigation bar.
Enter your login credentials
Sign in with the email address CLSD used to set up your campus admin account.
Use your email + password, or the Google single sign-on button.
Open the Campus Admin Dashboard
After login, go to crosslifeschoolofdivinity.org/campus-admin.
You can also click the Admin link in the top navigation bar if it appears for your account.
Your dashboard loads scoped to HDR Church
The dashboard header shows “HDR Church” — this confirms you are in the right campus.
If you see “Not Authorized,” your role has not been flipped to campus_admin yet — email school@hdrchurch.org.
Part B — Navigating the Dashboard as Admin
Once logged in, the dashboard is organized into four panels, top to bottom. Work them in order.
Read your campus statistics (top row)
Three cards show your campus at a glance:
- Active Students — number of enrolled students at HDR Church.
- Course Assignments — total courses assigned to your students.
- Announcements — number of campus announcements you have posted.
Edit your Campus Welcome Message
The Campus Welcome Message panel is the only page text you can edit.
Type your welcome into the box, then click Save Welcome. It appears on the HDR Church portal hero at crosslifeschoolofdivinity.org/school/hdr-church.
Post or delete a Campus Announcement
In the Campus Announcements panel:
- Type a Title and a Message.
- Click Post Announcement to publish it to your campus.
- Click the trash icon next to any announcement to delete it.
Review Teaching Outlines
The Teaching Outlines panel lists CLSD library courses (excluding degree-program courses).
Expand any course to open its teaching outline for lesson preparation.
Assign a course to a student
In the Assign Courses panel:
- Pick a Course from the dropdown.
- Enter the student's email address.
- Click Assign Course — the enrollment is created and the student is notified.
The list below shows every active assignment at HDR Church.
Return to the HDR Church campus portal
Click the arrow icon in the top-left corner of the dashboard header to go back to your public campus portal home at crosslifeschoolofdivinity.org/school/hdr-church.
To leave the dashboard entirely, use Logout in the top navigation bar.
