Cross Life School of Divinity

Every account on the Cross Life platform uses the same login door, regardless of role:

1. Go to crosslifeschoolofdivinity.org and click Login at the top of the page.
2. Sign in with the email address used when the account was created (email + password, or Google single sign-on).
3. After login, the platform reads your role and unlocks the portals you are permitted to see.

Students enroll through your branded campus portal at crosslifeschoolofdivinity.org/school/hdr-church. The portal is live and ready to receive enrollments. Tuition is $59.00 per student per month, of which HDR Church receives a 30% revenue share ($17.70 per active student per month), paid out on the normal CLSD payout schedule.

Student steps:

1. Visit crosslifeschoolofdivinity.org/school/hdr-church and click Login / Sign Up.
2. Create an account with their email (default role: user).
3. Complete the $59/mo subscription checkout. Enrollment is created automatically.
4. Access all courses from the Student Dashboard at crosslifeschoolofdivinity.org/student-dashboard.
5. Open any course at /course-viewer?course_id=… — lessons unlock in order as quizzes are passed.

Students do not need any role assigned by CLSD — the "user" role they get at signup is all they need. Enrollment records (not roles) gate their course access.

Your campus administrator dashboard lives at crosslifeschoolofdivinity.org/campus-admin. It lets the campus admin post the campus welcome message, publish campus announcements, assign CLSD courses to students, and review teaching outlines for the campus.

Role required:

• The user must hold the campus_admin role (or admin, which is the CLSD main admin).
• The user record must have campus_id set to HDR Church's campus ID — this links the admin to your specific campus.

How a campus admin is provisioned (two-step):

1. Register: The campus admin creates a normal account at crosslifeschoolofdivinity.org (or is invited by CLSD as a standard user).
2. Role flip + campus link: CLSD main admin updates the user's role to campus_admin and sets campus_id to HDR Church's ID.
3. Access: The campus admin logs in and opens crosslifeschoolofdivinity.org/campus-admin — the dashboard loads scoped to HDR Church automatically.

If a campus is ever deactivated, the linked campus_admin loses dashboard access and must use a standard student account to continue.

The teacher portal lives at crosslifeschoolofdivinity.org/teacher-portal. It lets approved teachers browse the full theology course library, expand any course to its 10 lessons, and generate a Teacher's Manual (teaching outline) for any lesson — covering preparation, teaching steps, scriptures, and discussion direction.

Role required:

• The user must hold the teacher role (or admin).

How a teacher is provisioned (two-step):

1. Register: The teacher creates a normal account at crosslifeschoolofdivinity.org (or is invited by CLSD / the campus admin as a standard user).
2. Role flip: CLSD main admin updates the user's role to teacher.
3. Access: The teacher logs in and opens crosslifeschoolofdivinity.org/teacher-portal. The Teacher Portal button also appears in the top navigation for teacher accounts.

Inside the Teacher Portal:

• Click any course to expand its 10 lessons.
• Click a lesson, then Generate Teacher's Manual if none exists yet.
• Generated manuals are saved automatically and can be reopened any time without regenerating.

All role assignments (campus_admin, teacher) and campus_id links are performed by the CLSD main admin. If a campus admin or teacher cannot access their portal, the most common cause is that the role has not yet been flipped after registration — email school@hdrchurch.org and CLSD will complete the role assignment.
