One responsible campus director
A designated leader who will coordinate the campus program and serve as the primary point of contact.
At least one qualified teacher or facilitator
A teacher or facilitator ready to lead instruction using the CLSD curriculum library.
Five students ready to enroll initially
At least five members ready to enroll when your campus launches.
Ten students within 60 days
Commit to enrolling at least ten members within 60 days of launch (five additional after the initial five). Campuses that fall below productivity thresholds may be reviewed and lose access.
A scheduled enrollment meeting
A planned date to enroll your prospective students and launch the program.
Terms acceptance
Your church agrees to the 30% revenue share, co-branding guidelines, and $497 launch package.
All 6 qualifications must be confirmed to continue.
These terms protect the Cross Life model and framework for every campus.
Co-Branding
Your campus is co-branded as “Cross Life School of Divinity, [Your Campus Name].” The CLSD name and logo accompany your brand on the portal.
Curriculum Ownership
CLSD owns all curriculum, lessons, quizzes, and certificates. You select from the curated library but may not modify, resell, or redistribute course content.
Enrollments & Payments
All enrollments, payments, and tuition flow through CLSD. Your church does not collect tuition directly from students.
Revenue Share
Your church receives 30% of every enrollment it generates. CLSD remits revenue share on the agreed schedule.
Launch Fee
A one-time $497 launch package fee is due before your campus portal goes live. This includes the branded portal, 24-course catalog access, admin onboarding, teacher orientation, announcement templates, and a 30-day launch plan. Existing $99 arrangements are honored.
Your Instructors, Your Pace
Your church provides its own instructors and teaches at its own pace. CLSD supplies the curriculum, not the instructors.
Credentials Issued by CLSD (Main Campus)
CLSD issues all certificates and accredited credentials from the main campus — not by the local campus. Course access is self-study at the student's pace; degrees are awarded by Cross Life School of Divinity, not by the campus. Assistant Chaplaincy and School of the Prophets are separate, standalone programs and are not part of the basic theological library.
Campus URL
Your campus portal lives at crosslifeschoolofdivinity.org/[your-church-name]. The URL slug is approved by CLSD.
Statement of Faith & Compliance
Your church must remain an active, bona fide congregation and abide by CLSD’s Statement of Faith and policies. CLSD may suspend a campus for cause.
Term & Termination
This agreement continues while the campus remains active. Either party may terminate the partnership with written notice.
