School of the Prophets

Associate of Prophetic Ministry

Rooted. Not Just Released.

A two-year, 60-credit degree that forms prophets who can rightly divide the Word, shepherd people, and give a reasoned defense for the hope within them. Not merely an impartation program — a prophetic education.

Why CLSD Is Different

Most prophetic schools release. We also root.

The prophetic movement has no shortage of impartation. What it lacks is formation. The A.P.M. is built on the conviction that a prophet must be as grounded in the Word as they are free in the Spirit.

Rooted, not just released

Every prophet learns hermeneutics, systematic theology, and apologetics alongside activation. Theology and the Spirit were never meant to be rivals — a prophet who cannot rightly divide the Word cannot rightly deliver one.

Character before platform

Ethics and accountability are required courses, not electives. We do not graduate prophets who have zeal without character. The cost of a false word is taught before the release of a true one.

Prophets who pastor

Integrated with pastoral and chaplaincy training, so a prophet can shepherd people through what the Spirit reveals — not just speak and leave. The prophetic office serves the body; it does not perform for it.

On an accreditation track

CLSD is building toward ABHE candidacy on its own operating history. The A.P.M. is a real degree on a real pathway — not an impartation certificate dressed up as credentials.

Typical impartation-only schools

  • — Activation without hermeneutics
  • — Platform without accountability
  • — Zeal without character review
  • — No pathway to recognized credentials
  • — Certificate of attendance, not a degree

The CLSD A.P.M.

  • Theology, hermeneutics & apologetics required
  • Ethics & accountability as core courses
  • Character review before credentialing
  • Pathway to licensing & ordination
  • An accredited degree on a real track
The Six Differentiators

Core Prophetic Course Shells

Six courses you will not find bundled together in a typical prophetic school — each one closing a gap the movement has long tolerated.

SOP201

Prophetic Ethics & Accountability

The course most prophetic schools never require. Testing of spirits (1 John 4:1), the real cost of a false word, submission to church covering, and the sober “thus saith the Lord” test. A prophet is a steward of God’s voice, not a personality.

  • Biblical criteria for true vs. false prophecy (Deut. 13; Jer. 23; 1 John 4)
  • Accountability structures: the prophet under the presbytery
  • The ethics of delivery, timing, and consent
  • Restoration protocol when a word misses
SOP202

Prophetic Evangelism

Most prophetic training is platform-facing. This course turns the prophet outward toward the harvest. The John 4 model: Jesus, a prophet, winning a city. Word of knowledge as an evangelistic key, not a church attraction tool.

  • The Samaritan-woman model: prophecy that draws the lost
  • Word of knowledge in streets, workplaces, and digital spaces
  • Gentleness and timing in public prophetic witness
  • From impartation to invitation: the prophet as soul-winner
SOP203

Marketplace Prophetic Ministry

Consistent with CLSD’s definition of Marketplace Ministry: a tool for witnessing to the unsaved, not a network for recycling saints. Prophetic presence in the secular sphere, with integrity and without spectacle.

  • The prophet in the office, the site, the storefront
  • Servant authority, not platform authority
  • Biblical precedent: Joseph, Daniel, Nehemiah in secular power
  • Ethics of prophetic influence in commerce and governance
SOP204

Biblical Dream & Vision Interpretation

A biblical hermeneutic for symbolic revelation — grounded in Daniel and Joseph, not flavored by New Age mysticism. How to record, weigh, interpret, and submit dreams and visions under the Word and the church.

  • Daniel’s hermeneutic: interpretation belongs to God (Dan. 2:27–28)
  • Categories: warning, calling, confirmation, correction
  • Discerning symbolic language: numbers, colors, objects
  • Submission protocol for subjective revelation
SOP205

Prophetic Protocols in the Local Church

Order over spectacle. The 1 Corinthians 14 boundaries — “the spirits of prophets are subject to prophets,” “God is not a God of disorder but of peace.” How prophetic ministry serves, never hijacks, the gathered body.

  • 1 Corinthians 14 as the governing charter
  • Edification, exhortation, comfort — never confusion
  • The role of eldership in governing prophetic expression
  • Prophetic teams, scribes, and the testing bench
SOP206

History of the Prophetic Movement

Montanism to the modern charismatic movement. So students know what to repeat and what to avoid — the genuine moves, the excesses, the collapses. A prophet without history is destined to repeat its errors.

  • Montanism: zeal without order — the first cautionary tale
  • Medieval and Reformation prophetic voices
  • Pentecostal and charismatic movements: breakthrough and excess
  • Reading the present through a discerning, honest past
